We are famous for our original "Alligator" Coffee Cake. It is delicious puff pastry, and is full of pecan paste, and then topped with caramel and pecans.

Viktor Benes came to the U.S. from Czechoslovakia in 1920.  He first lived in Chicago, where he opened a bakery. In the 1940s, he sold the bakery and headed for Los Angeles.  Today his legend lives on in the wonderful cakes and pastries.
